NEW SEASON - Mount Mimic
Mythbound has launched to incredible feedback and now it’s time for our first Galaxy Pass with the new set!
New Captains
Our preorder Captains now enter the shop for individual purchase! There is still time to buy the pre-order bundles if you want the extra theme decks, costumes (this is what we will be calling Alt Arts moving forward) and other goodies but time is running out on those.
Additionally we will have an exciting new Galaxy Pass captain. Will you climb to the top or feed the mountain?
May’s Free Captains
March’s Premium Captains will now be joining the free pool. Devour the universe, be the sweetest dad around or create a crazy treasure powered contraption with these 3 fun captains.
New Galaxy Pass (now with more Cards!)
Mythbound has brought a host of exciting new cards to Galaxy and we know that these increases in card pool will by necessity increase the demand for more ways to unlock cards. We have some more intricate systems coming in the coming months (so stay tuned for more details) but one of the changes we are bringing now is a 50% increase to card rewards via the Galaxy Pass.
Premium Galaxy Pass
Level 1
Nobody knows exactly what drives adventurers up these treacherous slopes, is it the promise of glory or treasure? Can you reach the top or will you be one more soul fed to the mountain?
if you don't have one,
get a Lesser Mimic.
Level 30
Ammit has gone ravenous! Gobble up the competition with this Hungry, Hungry Hippo…lion…odile costume, available at level 30 of the Premium Galaxy Pass
Level 50
The seat of the gods is alive! Unlock the Mount Olymic costume for Mount Mimic at level 50 of the Premium Galaxy Pass.
Free Galaxy Pass
Level 1
The feast begins! Stock up on all those slot buffs and this tricky fae will show you want a monster it can truly become.
Increase your buffs from Fae by the largest attack and health amount removed.
Level 40
The sound of drums permeates the deep waters of the Nether Realm. Rock on even after knockout with Styx on the Sticks in this neat new costume at level 40 of the Free Galaxy Pass.
Costumes for May
These fantastic costumes are rotating back into the shop this May!
The following costumes will be rotating out of the shop on May 1st! Be sure to grab them before they rotate out.
Limit Breaker
(You have reached the shop limit.)
When you complete 20 shops in a turn, you will now be offered the Limit Breaker treasure in your 21st shop. You will no longer gain bonus shops after this point but will be able to resolve any additional shops you had queued already. We will be monitoring how this change feels and are likely to adjust the numbers with time.
Quality of Life & Bug Fixes
Our Galactic Engineers have been hard at work with a bunch of Quality of Life and Bug Fixes:
- Async Battle Stalls (the "waiting" bug)
- Draupnir and Constellation Prize use a single trigger to collect a "stack" of treasures
- Leapfrog now works with aura buffs like Treasure Hoard
- Crab Dragoon no longer only gets Legendary Treasures
- Anubis will now summon units correctly that were KO'd before it was summoned off Astral Navigator
- Alchemistry Set is now banned on Silversmith
- Timeline Duplicator is now banned on Anagolay
- Golden Fountain and Skeleton Key are now banned on Anagolay and Con Artist
- Boon of Set will now use the same Captain filter as Co-Captain's Corsair and Jason
- Vena Cava will no longer show up via Co-Captains Corsair
- Boon of Set now gives a spell even at common shops
- Chip on the Ship no longer replaces original cards with summons or nothing (repeter now effectively doesn't work with him)
- Boon of Osiris no longer permenantly golds units not taken in its reward shop
- Iron Monkey now works properly when Acquired in combat
- Young Herc will proc on quest complete even if KO'd
- Preeminent Prodigy now scales correctly with Dinonysus
- Rumpelstiltskin will now give a treasure shop when picked in shop phase (e.g. Boon of Styx, Boon of Set, Corsair, etc)
- Izanami has been fixed to trigger after 5
- Galactic Mega Mall doesn't reset counter immediately (it'll work with repeter the way you want now)

Mythbound has been a roaring success, we are monitoring the meta and will adjust cards accordingly. This patch mostly focused on bug fixes, new season and quality of life changes but we are working on a balance patch that you can expect around mid-May.
