Patch Notes: July 26, 2024
@everyone What is this?! More patch notes? That should be impossible! And yet, our amazing devs are here to deliver. Here is what we’ve been working hard to change and implement over the last 3 days!
Quality of Life Improvements
- Lots of revisions to Rewards, Deckbuilder, end-of-game, and Home layouts and flows
- Improved Async matchmaking to increase the variety of boards faced.
- QR Code added to Settings menu to allow quick sharing of the game with your friends
Unique Captains!
Starting with this patch, all lobbies (live and async) will have unique captains. This means that multiple players will not be offered the same captain during Captain Selection for Live Lobbies and you will not be paired against async opponents that selected the same captain as you in Async Lobbies.
Additionally, this means that starting captains for each lobby cannot be transformed into (like from Thing in the Ice) or gained (like from Co-Captain Corsair or Jason of the Argonauts).
Card Changes
- Link has been moved from Common to Uncommon and is now a 2/1
- Crab Dragoon has now been moved from Rare to Epic
Bugs
- Ring of Power will no longer target Medusa for its buff.
- Resolved issues where transformed characters reappear in the shop.
- Resolved issues where duplicate Golden characters would appear.
- Fixed bug where large numbers were not displaying correctly
- XP badge now accurately reflects rank and other updates
- Innkeeper should now always see a character Hunt even if that character is KO’d
- Bronze Crab Dragoon was occasionally dodging two hits rather than the intended one. He now works as intended.
- Multiple Bottled Starlights will now give multiple boosters
- Tiamat’s Treasure Hoard ability should now work as intended
- Multiple bugs with Gannondorf should now be resolved
